Load mode of traction electric motors is determined by load capacity of the electric trains. The analysis shows that in the conditions for iron ore mines, the given formula for calculating the weight of electric trains reveals a significant gap between the actual and estimated load carrying capacity of trains by determining the underutilization of traction electric motors as for power.

Analysis of workflow specifics and of reference node designs for percussive-centrifugal crushers with a vertical shaft of the operating device.

Аnnotation:

 

The analysis of working conditions characteristics and performance of crushers of medium and small/fine crushing stages was carried out. Schematic configurations of typical support mechanisms of such crushers were considered and their shortcomings were analyzed. The conclusions about the need for in-depth studies on crushers of percussion and centrifugal action were drawn, in order to validate their operating parameters, modes of operation and to develop technical solutions as for the reference node with improved dynamic and exploitation characteristics.
